Ok here's what happened in POEA Calamba, i came around 2 pm, and luckily as expected it was not crowded. The guard asked me to wait in a separate que for all those getting OEC which is mga direct hire yata yun. Then when it's my turn, the representative from POEA gave me a compliance letter to be sent to my employer for signature, then she gave me all the necessary requirements to bring together with the compliance letter before they gave me the OEC. So babalik pa ako sa knila once i have the compliance letter signed by my employer.
But she already sked me for PDOS this morning at 8am.

U MEAN kasama mong pinasa yung original passport mo sa application mo.di ba xerox copy lang lahat.

yup.. i sent it with my original passport.. because my consultant told me so.. coz it may lessen processing times which made a sense based on my timeline..

den halos sabay tayo ng process ng docs.....I received an email last Jan 31 requesting for my original NBI, hindi ko naisama NBI ko kasi nung time na nagpass ako ng docs need ko habulin expiration ng LMO ko kaya hinintay ko talaga response ng embassy before ko submit ang NBI ko. Since nag-email sila sa akin last Jan 31 so pinasa ko na agad nung Feb 1 ang NBI ko......ilang days or months pa kaya hintayin ko for the result of my visa? nagcheck ako d2 sa forum parang walang same case ng sa akin......Nagka-conflict kasi sa LMO expiration ko at sa release ng NBI ko kaya di ko talaga naisabay, advise sa akin ng mga friends ko from Canada mag-email naman daw sa akin kung ano ang kulang sa application ko.....ang tanong lang talaga until when na naman ako maghihintay.

will you send iy by courier to your employer or pwede scanned copy lang?

hi mafe, u need too coz they need the original one...its better to drop it personal at cic abu dhabi office (faster) if u have time. Im telling this because when i go their for my visa stamp so many applicant handling their application package wer in their web site they told us its not allowed to hand it over.

She wants to go home sa Pinas sana this march to visit her kids and sabay kame exit papuntang Canada. Question is, Kelangan niya pa ba magPDOS dito and OEC from here? Thanks.

is her visa(uae) already cancelled? on my opinion pag hindi pa d mo kaylangan mag PDOS coz babalik k sa uae with valid uae resident visa...pero kung cancelled n malamang hahanapan sya ng PDOS
