today i have call them well they says they are not dealing with us with phone calls not inperson only fax and letter that what heard from that lady who spoke

Shiff - Put in your information - So you would pick "Sponsor" Make sure all the other info you enter is identical to what is on your file Eg-Family name has to be identical to what you put on your application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inquire about my application for sponsorship with regards to my wife, [NAME OF WIFE] - [File number or Client ID].

My wife was told that we will not know the status of our application until it has been with the Colombo CIC office for at least 6 months when she came to your office to find out the progress of our application.

However, we are past the 6 month point and have not heard from you. Further more there has been no updates on Ecas. We would really like to know if you require any additional information or documents to proceed forward with our application.

Thank you for taking the time to review our inquiry and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

[Your Full Name]

WISH YOU ALL HAPPYNESS. relly usefull there is one question im trying to submit this in to there online system that you posted me be4, 2nd paragraph she never went to check it since its colombo im dealing with it so i shold cut off that part? and also we do have immigration consultant do we have to mention about him there i ment to say use of representative.
do i have to mantion about him?

this letter i will use to post them hmm also i like to ask you is that any short form that able to ask from them though that link you gave us before ..Case Specific Enquiry: i guess there i have to write it little shorter is that any short form ?

Hi Blue

Yeah take off that part about ur wife visiting the office. If you already have a consultant that should be mentioned as well. But it's not a must

The note needs to be less that 200 words so keep it short, to the point and very simple.
