What doc are missing?

HI Sweet
both of us have married earlier & divorced too. so they asked me the divorced papers of both of us & some mo documents from both of us & pic & a police certificate too. all of these documents i have sent them when my husband applied in canada. but they asked them again in this march. then i sent them all b4 the time they asked me to send. now they are saying that my application is refused according to not i sent the documents at the time.

WHY IS DAT?
now they ask us to appeal?
are they crazy? or whats going on there?
i need a help
i saw in an article they have asked to appeal within 30 days
is dat correct?

Yes thats right you have to apply in a month. But why dont you go to comlombo to ask them about documents. If u did submit them with other documents then they must have it!!!

will they let me to go inside to meet an officer?
2morrow is a friday, will they let me in?
i sent them trough the register mail. i have the register receipt too. i sent them in a box & sealed in a very safe way. they are telling all lies. what happened to only these two documents?

Yes thats right you have to apply in a month. But why dont you go to comlombo to ask them about documents. If u did submit them with other documents then they must have it!!!

I do t know how to appeal either but i think itll good if ur hisband who is in canada gets a lawyer to proceed. And about colombo try sending several emails, they might reply and also call..

I am sorry Gongo girl .... This is very fishy. .... I was 3 weeks late, when I sent the papers they requested. But every 4 days I emailed them updating -what I am doing to sent them the requested papers. I emailed them to give me extension on the dead line. But they never replied and accepted our papers 3 weeks late.

Hope you can figure something out.... Email them and say you sent it in time send them profs of mailing.
Will pray for you Gongo girl.

My husband boarded the plane and will be here tomorrow evening ( weather permitting)
