Processing time for Open work permit?

Hello, I was applying Canadian work permit visa But after complete my all prcesss my layer said me your travel documents have been sent to another country by mistake ,please anyone tell me about this I am so worried. Please

Based on information on this forum. The majority receive theirs around the 4 month mark. A small number receive them around 2 months. So you should be financially and mentally prepared for a 4 month wait and be pleasantly surprised if it arrives sooner. Immigration consultant is selling you the "best case" story (as they often do). It's only a minority that get through in 2 months.

Hi guys, i am a student who recently finished school in Canada and i applied for an open work permit( not a post graduate work permit) as a visitor because my study permit expired and i have to have a valid study permit to apply for a post-graduate work permit, since i couldn't renew my study permit because i finished school i just applied for an open work permit instead as a visitor. How long does it usually take please as i applied on the 12th of july.

Hello, please did u switch to visitor then applied for your open work permit or just did a restoration to open work permit, I am asking because in my case I called cic today and they said I could choose visitor where it asked for status and write an explanation letter

Does everyone need a medical for spouse open work permit?? Also when I answered the question it asked me if I have been out of the country for six months or more, my answer was no coz i haven't, also i applied for spouse open work permit, was my spouse supposed to apply for me or I apply myself??

My spouse is a full time student at the university and we have common law for 1 yr 8months

For my spouse open work permit application the documents requested were statutory declarations of common law, passport and digital photo, do I need to submit more documents??
