same thing with you we won appeal april 27 2023 and received decision on that day but until now june 18 2023 have not received any message from ircc.

My appeal was approved in Jan 2023 for my parents for PR application and no communication after that. not even asking for any supporting documents or anything. keep saying background check. any idea how long it will take? anyone else experiencing same thing?
