Problem sending passports to the visa office with a pre paid returned fees recei

Hi To Everyone,
yesterday i had sisome problems sending my passports to the visa office as requested. The instructions were that i should pay for and return fees and send original receipt in the package. unfortunately for me the service is not available in the country where i am at the moment. I tried UPC, TNT, DHL and the fedex to no avail. After all the contacts only DHL accepted sending the passports , but refused returned fees, because they said, they can not estimate how big the package will be. This is because the instructions read, they will return my passport and original documents. so the lady in the official, what if i pay for the passport and at the end original documents and many who will pay the balance and how will the know the weight of the mail. it was a very big problem. at the end of the day , Dhl accept only the sending fees and sent it to the embassy and advised me to inform the embassy to let me know when visa is ready , they will request their agent in that country to pick it up and sent to their office in my country and they will inform me to pay and then collect it.

Hope the embassy will understand with me.

Please advise me on what to tell the embassy at this point in time.

The best option is to email your VO about the situation.Write URGENT in subject column.

Can you open an account (e.g., in the US you can open a FedEx account online on their website) so you don't need to know how much it weighs beforehand - whatever the charge is goes on your account, which you can set up to get paid by your credit card.

hello my freind .. l dont which country you r from .. but ask the DHL personnal to enclose a letter attention Visa officer (country???)stating that Fees will be paid upon delivery in your country .. l mean C.O.D.. try this might work//.. good luck.

Yes i was given this option but i do not have credit card since i knew i will be moving. i have only debt card. it would have been the best option, but no credit card. i did not want to relie on friends, it is something very important.

Yes i will e.mail him and also will forward the mails from the various mailing companies showing how it is impossible.
