Hi

I want to attest some received IRCC documents like letters from IRCC or visa stamped on passports, or some information taken from IRCC website and printed.

i printed it and took it to a notary public who refused to notarize it without a written declaration on it stating it has been printed from original source as received on so and so date, then he witnessed me sign it , then he put his seal on the document.

that looks like an affidavit not notarizing the document..!!

i sent it to Foreign affairs canada and they returned it saying it has Ontario public notary on it and it can be done on provincial level.

i checked with service ontario and they have one in the city hall, and they just authenticated the notary's signature but not the content..!!

how i know if the embassy where i am intending to use it at will accept it ..!!

who ever have advise please share it
