Hi everyone,
I'm going to apply for a study permit for a diploma program at Conestoga College. For my high school education, I did O & A levels as a private candidate in the UAE as a resident.
I have multiple certificates, and I would like to clarify whether I need to have my O Level and A Level certificates attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I have already had them verified by the British Council.
Additionally, is attestation from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs a mandatory requirement when applying for a study permit through IRCC, or is it required for any other purpose for international students?

Talk to the school about what is required for LOA and PAL. Attestation is not required for study permit.

A levels typically leads to university not a college especially one with a pretty poor reputation these days. Except a few select programs would not being going from A levels to college.
