Hi guys it is so disturbing that IRCC has just posted same webinar recording again and Moreover now they can refuse applications on the basis of eligibilty even after approval of first stage that's disgusting and unacceptable please comment

they said that 2nd stage refusal is not possible for now because they have not started review on 2nd stage yet for Indian student
