What are the stages and how long between each stage? Timeline? (Common-law Inland Outside QC)

Hi guys

What is each stage and how long between them? For reference I'm asking about inland, common-law applications outside Quebec

I want to know how long it takes for each stage specifically the final stages (FD - P1 - P2 - eCOPR - PR Card)

Seeing lots of Final Decision emails for January 2025 applicants has me very, very excited.

Here's my timeline

Application Submitted inland, BC, Jordanian nationality Feb 4, 2025

AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt): Feb 27, 2025

Biometrics & Pre-Arrival Letter: June 9, 2025
Biometrics Completed: June 11, 2025

Sponsor Eligibility & AIP (Approval in Principle): June 13, 2025

Ghost update in IRCC tracker: July 24, 2025
Ghost update in IRCC tracker: August 07, 2025

Medical request: December 15, 2025
Medical completed: December 30, 2025

Ghost update in IRCC tracker: March 4th, 2026

Just bumping this in case anyone with a similar timeline can share their experience.

My main question is about the final stages after medical completion for inland common-law applications (outside Quebec).

Specifically, how long did it take you from:

Medical completed → Background verification completed → Final Decision → P1 (Portal 1 email) → P2 (Portal credentials) → eCOPR → PR Card

I completed my medical on Dec 30, 2025 and saw another ghost update on March 4, 2026, so I'm hoping that means background checks are progressing.

If anyone who recently received Final Decision or eCOPR could share how long each of those last steps took, that would really help.
