Currently I am living in Canada, our application for citizenship is in process, we've done our test, and waiting our Oath Ceremony, however our PR has since expired and we need to return to our home country. We leave in 2 weeks.
So Ive applied for renewal of our PR cards, Ive given our current address, however ive stated a friends address for delivery of cards, and she will then forward them to us, as we wont be in Canada? Does this pose a problem in your opinion? We've lived in Canada for the past 7 years, so we meet all requirements for renewal, just need the card in order to fly back for oath ceremony?
