Hello,
This year I applied for Permanent Residence under CEC.
Last week my PR application was refused. Quoting my refusal letter:
The submitted information with your application for permanent residence did not demonstrate that,
for this declared period of skilled work experience, you performed the duties set out in the lead
statement of the occupational description in the NOC for the full duration of the declared period of
employment. This includes all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed, per Ministerial
Instructions 15(4)(b).
I submitted an offer letter and two paystubs as proof of my job experience, but now I realize I missed adding a letter from my previous employer (I have since switched jobs) stating that I worked there for the time I claimed.
What should I do know? Should I reapply? Or is there some way of re-opening my file with the missing documents?
Thanks a lot
