RCMP police clearance, they sometimes ask for it for CEC. Not sure, whats the criteria.

They run your name in their system and if there is a match, they ask you for your fingerprints to ensure you are not the person who has the criminal records. If you have a fairly common name, you are more likely to be asked for this.

Criminality passed, medicals passed, biometrics done, eligibility in progress and background check in process, i also submitted RCMP without their request while sending all documents just to speed up the process.

Mine is again like you guys 13 jan aor got web form saying criminality under process nothing else started
Even called them criminality under process
Cpc edmonton
Now its showing 57 days left not even single update just doing criminality from beginning

No, there are locations where you can go and submit your fingerprints. you should be able to find it online.
