Good day everyone. I just wanted to know what my odds are of getting PR as a protected person. I was convicted of three counts of assault and one theft under 5000 in 2023. I didn't spend any time in jail and they were summary conviction. I have already applied for permanent residence. My understanding is that protected person needs serious criminality to trigger inadmissibility while my case falls in criminality. Has anyone been in a similar situation. How did it go for you guys?
