Hi All,

Hope all is well with everyone. I got my COPR along with visa was issued on March 9th. I requested for landing and I am still waiting. it has been more than 3 months. I raised a web form and also called and got generic answers. is this common? What do you suggest me to do?

Thanks!

Hello @cjas - any update on your case from IRCC-M. I forgot, when did they receive your package as such. Did you receive any ghost update as such. I see few IRCC-M are moving now.

Did you raise a webform when you contacted the IRCC office regarding the update or did you contact Montreal Immigration Office directly?

It took it precisely 87 days, which is less than the estimated processing time. Due to the COVID19, the delay for 1st card has gone from 14 days to 135, at its peak, and to 94 days, at the end of July. Even with the offices reopening, they are still working with reduced staff, so I don't see an improvement. But, like always with IRCC, if you send your documents correctly, you'll get what you want. I emailed the IRCC Montreal office directly, through the same email address from PR email. But I got a very generic response.
Hello @cjas - can you share the email ID for reference please? Gotten only profile update hence want to check my luck with email now. If you can help with that please.
