1. When did you receive an email asking for information? I haven't received the first email. But i sent an email to Montreal Portal ID confirming my presence in Canada on Feb 19, 2022
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Feb 21, 2022
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Feb 21, 2022
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Feb 23, 2022
5. What is the VO? Montreal

What is the next step. How do I know that the my PR card process has started?

I think OPERATIONS SUPPORT CENTER is so slow for issuing Ecopr ......i have same timeline and waiting for ecopr

I submitted my details and photos on Feb 4th. Still waiting for eCOPR. Status in the confirmation portal still says 'In review with IRCC'. I checked on the CIC website for PR card processing times and it showed 90 days, but clearly lots of people here have received it much faster.
