How did u contact the ircc, I still waiting form the portal Mail from 2 February, should I contact ircc or the vo?

1. Received email asking for information - 17th Jan 2022
2. Received log in details for the portal - 17th jan 2022
3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal - 17th January 2022
4. ECOPR - Still 1st February 2022
5. VO -Montreal

I am waiting my PR card since 30 October 2021, been 3 month already. I had GU update last week in linked PR card application. I called IRCC yesterday they told me pic & address is already accepted and Card is in queue with production team. But I don’t see any changes in PR portal and GCkey account. Hope you will hear good news soon.

Finally I am getting PR Card for me and my wife. For my daughter it is still pending, so hopefully it will be mailed soon
below is the timeline for me.
Time line:
Applied: August 24
AOR: August 24
Application Approved: Nov 16
Sent requested information for portal: Nov 16
PR portal credentials: Dec 13. (After trying sending emails multiple times)
Photos and declaration: Dec 14
Ecopr: Dec 14
Photo Uploaded still in review (IDK how long this will take.)

send it after 10 AM. that is what I did. it took me couple of times to get the credentials.

I suggest use this format. and send it between 10:00AM to 11:00 AM. This worked for me. Do not delete any thing from the email body just add your information. I hope it work for you too.
