PR confirmation portal timelines

we all are in country ! what can I do in this case ? any suggestions please ?

1. Follow up on the same email with the portal team
2. Create a complaint and webform
3. Send an email to the ministry office - last option.

Portal email: Nov 18th
Portal credentials: Nov 22nd, everything uploaded the same day
Waiting for eCOPR now

Thats really a long wait i know. I keep checking my account 10- 15 times a day
But i think whenever you will get credentials on the next day you will get your COPR( as per trends)

That’s not the case. Time can vary. I received my ecopr after a wait of 50+ days

Here are my timelines.
Portal email - Nov 18， 2021 ( replied on same mail 2 times )
Credential email - Nov 22, 2021

Got eCOPR Today[23rd Nov] I day after i got credential mail.

Hey guys can someone tell me how to submit the photos? The requirement says it should be uploaded and the back of the photo needs details of the photographer. From what I know, we can only upload 1 file correct?

3 weeks of waiting for eCOPR

1st mail: 10/29/21 (answered same day)
2nd mail: 11/01/21 (pr portal login)

photo/address update portal: 11/01/21

until now photos/address in review

Update:
We got our eCOPR yesterday evening. It took 3 weeks after uploading pictures and address.

How you got the follow up on eCOPR? I am waiting for mine since Last Nov 18, 2021

I sent an email to the email address that sent me the first portal email. I added my UCI and App number on the subject line

Hello everyone, me and my husband have the same PR portal account and uploaded everything at the same time and got the eCoPR at the same time as well. He already received his card but mine is still with review with the IRCC. I also linked the application on my IRCC account and no changes there either, it just shows it was submitted. I dont understand why he got it, when it's the same application and the pictures were very similar. Or if there was a problem with the picture, why wouldnt they reject it already?
Is there a way to follow up on that? When I call IRCC, they tell me that they cannot give status updates on cards...
