My COPR timeline is 22 days.

CEC Inland application with one dependent.

AOR- July 06
Portal email- Sep 30
Portal Credentials- Oct 02
Details submitted- Oct 04
ECOPR- Oct 26
PR Cards- WAITING

Raised a web form requesting to send copr doc on Oct 24th under In-Canada Permanent Residence category and received it within a day. Not sure if webform helped me, but thought of sharing here. We can give a try.

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? Oct 21, replied on Oct 24 AND oct 25th (they kept sending me reminders even after my first response, so eventually I called them on 26th to make sure my emails were being received.)
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Oct 26th. (I am sure its somewhat of a coincidence but I received my login info about 30 mins after I got off the phone with them)
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Oct 26th
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Oct 27th
5. What is the VO? not sure
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? waiting

overall, my application took probably around 3-3.5 months which is pretty fast imo.

Hi everyone. I have received my ecopr about 96 days ago and I haven’t had any movement in my PR card processing. Anyone in the same boat? Do anyone have suggestions on contacting IRCC?
Here is my timeline:
AOR: April 28th 2021
Biometrics accepted: May 18th 2021
Portal 1st email: July 21st
Credentials email: July 22nd
Ecopr: July 24th
Linked application to cic: August 24th
Ecopr office: Etobicoke
CEC inland applicant
August 22nd is the last time I was able to take to a agent when dialed to IRCC, since then it’s always an automated reply. Couple of web forms went unattended.
Reason for the desperation is to meet my wife in US, without PR card I couldn’t travel there. I don’t drive either.

I made a mistake when submitting the picture, the format of one that I uploaded is JPG instead of JPEG. Do you know of someone who's made a mistake with the picture? Could the PR be accepted either way? How long would it take for the IRCC to ask for the pictures again?

I uploaded jpg as well but I received my ecopr and waiting on pr card for 96 days. No request for new pictures yet. Just before getting my ecopr, landing officer called me for other details. During that time I asked her if my photo format will be a problem, she said for landing format doesn’t matter for them, if pr card production team have a problem they will contact you.

Jpg and Jpeg is same format technically. There should no issues with it but like harsha said, they will get back if jpeg format is required.

Same here….Etobicoke office and I have ecopr from July 22 and no PR card yet….I don’t know when we should be worried!!and if there any turnaround time for IRCC

Did you enter the same birth place as in eCOPR? I knew few people make this mistake because IRCC capture the State/Province you are born instead of City. idk

When i checked ECopr it is captured as - INDORE MP

Able to link with 'INDORE MP' now.

I had an issue with the portal. We are a family of 5, but in my portal account the created information for 4 only, one of my son was missed. I reply to the confirmation several times to tell them about the issue and ask them to add my son to my account, but I have no feedback from them.
Does anyone have the same issue? Please tell me how address it!(

I have a similar Timeline, and similar problem, I have to travel in December and they haven't updated anything yet.

I sent a mail to <IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>,IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca asking if I had some document missing or something, they sent me an answer telling me covid had affected the PR cards production and that they can't give me a specific date or timeline. So there's nothing I can do now, just wait and probably cancel plans.

I applied CEC on August 17, received email today Oct 28 asking information for PR portal. I replied to with my email address, UCI etc on October 28. Accidentally (I wasn’t aware that IRCC will share credentials) I created a profile with same email address on the same day confirmation portal by myself. Will it delay the process? Please advise. Thank you!!!
