I created my account then later I was worried if I did something wrong… becoz I applied through representative… on the portal there was nothing like PR portal confirmation….Wow, congrats!! We got our first e-mail on the same day, but unfortunately I still haven't gotten my second e-mail yet...
You create the portal by yourself . Because I didnt got any mail for the login user id and password . Plz reply
You can follow the link and login with your email I’d you have in 1st email… and then forgot password.. then reset it… and you are good to go… hope this work..

I just got my Portal credential emails on a Sunday, September 19th evening. Just submitted our pictures.
heyyy guyys I got my eCOPR tonight just 30 minutes ago. Submitted my credentials this morning
We've also been waiting since the beginning of July. I've emailed twice with no response and called 3 times. Each time we've called, we're told something different by the agent answering the phone. Last week when we called we were told that there is a glitch in the system and that even though they can see we submitted our info after receiving the PR portal email, the information never populated.....and now our landing is expired. Someone from the IRCC will have to notice that our info is there, but not populated before anything can progress. Unfortunately, when we asked how long that might be, the agent said he didn't know because someone would have to notice it first?!?!? He also said that before anything could move forward, we will have to be re-landed, but that it is at the discretion of the agent.
If anyone has any ideas how we might be able to resolve this, I'd appreciate any input or ideas.
