My IRCC portal states" Mailing Address accepted" how to know when will be the card dispatched. My friend got his pr card last year but the portal still shows photo to reviewed. So could anyone help me, how would i know how to check dispatched status or how long does it take to receive Card.

Hi guys, I've been following this group for some time and I have a question. If I'm going to receive my P2 tomorrow, can I use my friend's address to receive my PR card? I am planning to visit my family right after getting my eCoPR, and this way my friend can ship me my PR card so I won't need to apply for a PRTD. Will it be a problem to use a different address? Looking for your reply

Hi there, may I ask you to share your timeline (ITA, AOR, MED, BIO etc.) - we also applied from Quebec stream a while ago and stuck since March after providing additional documents.. Thank you in advance!

Hi all,

I didn’t want to create a new thread so I figured I’ll ask here quickly.
After becoming PR through the Canadian Experience Class, does a person need to work under the same NOC they used in the application, or can they have a complete change of career and work any job?

Thanks,

I believe that as a PR you can work in your desired field. The only caveat I can think if is if you are contracted for a particular length of time with your current employer, then you're obligated to that just as any other citizen or PR.
