I got portal 1 from Etobicoke on 2nd of May, CEC class with spouse, replied right away, no P2 yet.

but no update on portal.

I didnt received any such reply from them, is it normal to not get such email or should I contact them.

I don't know, but maybe someone else can help you here. I know some people don't get anything. I don't think there is any need to contact them. Someone from the Etobicoke office here got P2 in 12 days, so maybe wait for two weeks at least?

When I replied to the P1 email, I did not get any automated reply.

The next day the officer emailed me to ask for missing information (the exact name of the border post in Windsor where I last entered, since there are two alternatives). When I replied with this information there was no automatic reply then either.

A few days later I got P2 mail with the link to the PR portal.

The name of principal applicant does not appear in the email nor in the Portal.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal? We are worried.

We sent all the info they asked on P1 together in the same email.
