I have a question like do we need to provide photo and adress to ircc after getting ecopr because in my PR portal declaration shows submitted and photo and adress still shows in review with ircc?

Nothing. Sometimes they just don’t update tracker for months

Mine is also Etobicoke. I got it yesterday and replied right away
