PR confirmation portal timelines

I received a response to the webform I submitted last week. As expected, a very generic explanation that will not benefit anyone in anyway.

Yeah same here I have raised webform after 3 month but all they ask is to wait..!!
It is been now 4 month after p2 Nov 7
Waiting patiently for eCOPR
Really frustrating..!!

4 months! That's simply outrageous. Have you called IRCC? If not, I'd recommend calling them and asking them to add a note to your application.

Yeah I have called them twice in February and then raised a webform. Both said we have left a note to VO (OTTAWA) and asked to wait..!! And it is CEC INLAND SINGLE APPLICANT..!!

What are they doing in that VO? Try reaching out to your local MP, maybe they could escalate this.

Same boat . I don't think Ottawa office is working, after P2: 95 days. I called them 2 times and sent 2 webforms, all toal me to keep waiting, extremely frustrated with this office

What are they doing in that VO? Try reaching out to your local MP, maybe they could escalate this.

Honestly MP is my only option I think. But just worried to reach him out as he comes from conservative party ..!! Still I am considering to meet him next week..!! Till then hoping to receive eCOPR..!!

Hi Guys, Just wanted to update, Finally IRCC dispatched my PR card today.

I am sharing another persons' experience.

He said " I called them yesterday and I called them today as well. It is on agent Today she put me hold for more than 5 minutes and i am sure she was actually escalating it! the call was more than 10 minutes and 2 min after the call , they issued"

I suggest calling them every day and Just start off the call with its more than 90 days! And i have been waiting on and want to make travel arrangements, being stuck because of copr..... this might help.

Yes, I have been checking my mail box almost everyday assuming that IRCC is unpredictable and can do anything. Just to reconfirm, you did link your PR card application with the GC Key and there was no updated regarding the mailing of the Card on the GC key and/or on the PR Portal... right?

FD- Feb 26, 2025 We are still processing your file.......
No Update after that! I dont know what to do...?

Hi Goose MB, I have the same situation for one of my kids. FD: under processing and no updates since Feb 28th. Called IRCC, answer - the same as always - wait and call us after 6 weeks if you didn't receive pr card

You will get it soon. In my case, after linking my file to GC key 1 got the first update on Feb 26,2025.

If you have time to spare thn you should definitly call it been 60 days and they really have no pattern. I believe there is no harm in calling.
