And I can see the COPR expiry date as Sep 2025
But IRCC have not issued the COPR to me yet

that is normal your COPR is generated in the tracker usually around P1, now when they will issue the document will depend on your AOR date.

did the agent say that card was mailed out ? if it is still under process, it should be sent to updated address, isnt it?
SD is meant for 6 weeks longer that processing time - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...d-never-received-permanent-resident-card.html

It was already shipped out. because 2 of my dependents pr card was already received by my previous land lord. So I guess I have to wait for the 6 weeks to pass then I need to submit SD
