PR confirmation portal timelines

Hi, I called IRCC this morning and the agent advised me to wait until the 6 weeks has passed then I need to submit the solemn declaration to IRCC so they can issue a new PR card for my family. They also updated our address on file but I still need to wait for the 6 weeks processing time. This is so frustrating need to wait for another 2 months. Do you know of anyone that submitted the solemn declaration if PR card was not received?

did the agent say that card was mailed out ? if it is still under process, it should be sent to updated address, isnt it?

And I can see the COPR expiry date as Sep 2025
But IRCC have not issued the COPR to me yet

that is normal your COPR is generated in the tracker usually around P1, now when they will issue the document will depend on your AOR date.
