Same feeling. They work without any process, everything is random, I have never seen such an inefficient system.
Some people receive eCoPRs within weeks, while others have to wait three to four months. RANDOM!

I hear you too! So many important life decisions are just put on hold and postponed with no clear timelines. Here goes another week gone and nothing. If I was able to work while I wait I wouldn’t care as much- I would just live my life, but because I’m unable to work until I get my pr, it makes this extremely hard. It’s not like this is the first year they had to do this and they are trying to figure things out as they go .. They should have had a proper system in place after doing this for long over a decade. Covid processing didn’t even take this long. This is insane and very unfortunate. We should at least be given a proper timeline so that we can manage our expectations and plan accordingly.
I hear you. They should atleast give a proper timeline for any application. Everyday begins with checking email and ends with doing the same. It's just getting so hard to wait and end up with disappointment everyday. Here goes another week gone and nothing. Hey guys, I had to register for an account on here just to leave this reply because my patience is running out of my ass.
I'm currently waiting for my eCoPR, I applied under the CEC EE and I got my P2 on Dec 23, which has been 9 weeks
I need my eCoPR to come ASAP so I can get my US B1 visa renewed for 10 years instead of just 1 year with my CWP
And I will have to travel to the States on May 9...
Do you guys think I should just play safe by renewing my B1 like now? There's like 70 days til May 9, and I think I can only wait for another 40 days maximum. From what I remember from last time I renewed my B1, it took like three weeks so I can't really wait pass March, otherwise, I will be totally fucked
but I mean... everyone would think a 10 year long visa is worthier to just wait but I don't really wanna play it risky cuz' I don't wanna miss this May trip![]()
I really want to know this too! I would send them a webform asking for the refund just to make sure they will.I got my eCOPR two weeks ago. I have also had a BOWP application submitted to IRCC. Today I received an update saying that my application was withdrawn since I am a PR holder.
do IRCC automatically refund the fee paid for BOWP application?

Shel12, was it 15 days after e-copr? Did you track your pr card application status? I wonder how long does it take after they put status that pr card was mailed?Just adding an update. I got the PR cards for my dependent and me today. It took 15 days.
Yes I got my PR Feb 13th and got the Cards just now, so roughly 15 days. I did not track it or link to my GCkey, actually I tried but it couldn't find it.Shel12, was it 15 days after e-copr?
