I am having the same P1 and P2 timing, hope i will get it soon too!!!!!!
I called them today to know the office, so they mention primary office is Ottawa, and the office which handling the file and P2 is Montreal.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe our application moves frequently between PVO and SVO throughout the process, and either of the two can issue the eCoPR.
yes....., And what i get to know from them is ECOPR will be issued by Montreal and it is SVO in my case
I think Montreal is wayyyyy better than other VOs. As far as I've seen, that office has issued more eCoPRs than any other. I hope you get yours soon!
I forgot to mention - mine was issued in Montreal too.
I swear, if I end up getting my eCoPR from Montreal, I'll order a poutine that same hour. Haha....
