PR confirmation portal timelines

Can anybody advise me? I can't find my AOR date because I can't access the Application Status Tracker.

I am a Spousal Sponsorship PR Application and received P2 on Dec 3rd and I'm losing my mind.

No ECOPR and I can not access the Application Status Tracker as it says the below error.

I have contacted them on the phone and via webform to try to get this fixed but it's been months.

Correct these errors:

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
  

When you called IRCC, did you specifically ask them for the date of your AOR? If that is all you need I don't see why they can't give it to you, Also, did you not get an email when you got your AOR? How about your GCKey account? Or eCAS?

I am still waiting for news from IRCC. When I check the tracker, it shows eligibility has not started. Background check is in progress but my GIC account shows like this:

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Background check

• Not applicable.

Wow, you are still getting this error?? After getting P2!?!

I was getting this error before I got my Biometric Invitation Letter (BIL) and Medical Invitation Letter (MIL). After that I was able to log in to the Tracker.

Did you link your application to your GCKey account (if you didn't file electronically directly from GCKey)? You should be able to download the AOR letter from there. Sorry if this advice is useless for spousal sponsorship: I'm an Express Entry applicant, so I am shooting in the dark.

You can also post this question on r/ImmigrationCanada on reddit, to reach another group of applicants who might have been in this situation.

can anybody help me-
i called ircc on feb 5- they told me my eligibility is recommended passed and background check not started.

never heard back from them, but my background check is still in process from dec 3rd.

Hi Guys, So my PR file was applied by an immigration consultant through there GC Key.
I only have access to my application tracker and Portal where my picture and mailing address are still in review. Is there a way to know when IRCC dispatch my card without linking the PR application to my GC Key because if I link my file they are asking me to fill a form that states termination of representative.
Please guide if somebody is in similar situation?

What if everyrime you contacted IRCC, the staff on your file grunts and decides to punish you for taking them away from their work? Thereby putting your file at the bottom. Maybe don't call them if your processing time is within the reasonable timeframe. And maye call/email them once a month after that. Food for thought.

Guys, you should check this out and the first comment in this thread. Seems like it is going to be only worse starting end of March. I do feel bad to these people though, we might be frustrated but loosing the job in this economy is just harsh.

People who answer your questions over the phone are not the same who process the files, they cannot "move" you anywhere, they can only see the current status of your application in details.

I did a webform on Feb 05 and on Feb 12 I emailed to the same email from which I received my P1. However, I am not sure if that made any difference because they are clearing file with the similar timelines.
Further, I feel that the wait time has reduced to average 80 days from P2 to ecopr for people who received there P2s in dec.
