In ImmiTracker , I see one person got eCOPR yesterday that is 22 Jan . The FD was Nov 7 . No updates on P1 or P2 present.

that means he/she probably got P1 in Nov and P2 in December or maybe both in November.

ECOPR is mainly for people already living in Canada and waiting for their PR confirmation, PPR can be referred to someone who applied for any sort of canadian visa like visitor, spouse or PR visa outside Canada and his/her application is approved so then the Canadian Embassy in their country will ask for Passport in order to stamp visa this is called Passport Request or PPR.
