Yo literally the same expiry date of my current passport and eCoPR. Even the day match - June 13, 2025. I already submitted for a new passport using my eCoPR as a current status in Canada with my country's consulate!

My consulate needs the actual PR Card to renew passport lmfaooooo.

Taboleh laah! Happy that accepted my eCoPR! They said it's alright as long as they have CoPR because they used it in lieu of the PR card. Before they had work permit. Ask them that eCoPR should be enough as it mentions every details using your current passport.

It's the date they determine they will officially make your PR for inland applicants. For outland applicants, they would have to land in Canada before that expiry date!

So they have to issue ecopr before that date is that correct? Does this no. And expiry date means anything while we wait for ecopr my p2 is Nov 27th

Yes, they will definitely issue your eCoPR before the expiry date. They're telling everyone to reach out to them if 3 months have passed since P2!

Did anyone else get any tracker update even after receiving the eCoPR? My tracker updated on January 07th stating Closed with the green highlight and my eCoPR was on January 06. Today its showing that it was last updated with no changes yesterday - January 14, 2025. I wonder if it's a generic system update or do they send you a GU before sending out the cards? Anyone has any insight? Much appreciated!

I can't even access into tracker since i submitted my application i tried so many times with correct information, every single time there's the same error

it’s been more than 7 months for you. At the end of January, it will be three months since P2. I think you will get it before the end of the month. If not, you can reach out to them since they tell everyone to reach out if it doesn’t come within 3 months after P2
