I have noticed CEC applicants processing speed of their applications is quicker than PNP applicants. The difference i see is CEC applicants are waiting forever to get ECOPRs while PNP are awaiting their P1s and P2s. Is this a correct observation?

Don't wait, after waiting for 3 weeks for my P2 and I still didn't get it so my friend sent an email to the same email address from where he got his P1 and mentioned Inquiry regarding P2 in the subject line and then mentioned that he has been waiting for 3 weeks for P2 and still hasn't received one and later on he copied the personal information form from the pdf and filled all the info and pasted it after explaining the situation and then he got his P2 a day after he sent that email, later on he told this method to me and I also got P2 a day after sending that email to the same email address, now I don't know if it's luck or that email really helped but you should try it, 2-3 people in this forum tried it as well and it helped them.Thank you for your reply. This gives me some hope. I complete 3 weeks of my P1 today. I hope to get my P2 soon.
Congratulations! Can you please share your timeline?[

Congratulations! Did your declaration get accepted? What about your address? Photo will always say "In Review" even after you get your PR card. Which stream? Did you have dependents?Hey everyone,
I received the COPR email today. Here’s my timeline:
• Portal 2: November 6
• eCOPR: Today
My primary visa office was Edmonton, but I’m not sure if they were the ones who finalized my application. I can’t download the COPR yet, as the portal still shows “In review with IRCC.” Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the document to become available?
