Raise a webform. In the meantime, respond to the same P1 email mentioning this issue. Additionally, keep on calling IRCC.

I see alot of oct P2s getting ecopr in Reddit, Glad to know IRCC is still alive and working between holidays.. But at this point im pretty sure its one more week for me XD May be next week

Same, I did all that and also raised a webform...it seems nobody is actually actively responding to queries for now..
Unless it's urgent processing done via MP...everyone keeps on saying they didn't hear anything back in the last few weeks
