Nope, copy the template from the PDF and paste it in the email and fill the info after writing your concern and the info in the PDF and email is not the same as the template they put in the email don't include home address and your phone no, maybe you sent them the template that they send in the email rather than sending the template that they send in PDF and that is causing the delay.

They said there is no delay when it come to the portal, can be fast or can take a while
And they can’t do nothing about that

All you can do is wait for now unfortunately. Wait till Friday and then call them again on Monday. However, I feel like you should be getting it by this week for sure!
