Still waiting for the ecopr no answer yet and it’s been more than a month and half, I’m really confused,
I sent a e-mail on Friday but not answer yet regarding the delay and called many times

They said there is no delay when it come to the portal, can be fast or can take a while
And they can’t do nothing about that

All you can do is wait for now unfortunately. Wait till Friday and then call them again on Monday. However, I feel like you should be getting it by this week for sure!
