Good morning everyone. Is here anyone waiting for the ecopr from Montreal's office? I just spoke to the IRCC agent and learned that my ecopr is being processed at their office. So I would like to confirm is this their email address:
ircc.clientportaleast-estclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca

Also I did send them an email but never got automatic reply like from other ircc emails. Is it normal? Thank you for answers

Also confirming that is the same email that I sent my P1 information. It did feel a little bit like sending my future off to a void not knowing when they would get back to me or even having a confirmation address that our emails were well received!

P1 - Feb 5
P2 - Feb 26

P1 came from Montreal, P2 doesn't say which is the VO and the email address is different so not sure. I was hoping to get ECOPR in a couple day as some other people but seems I'm in for a longer wait

Hey, we share the same timeline! I too received the P1 e-mail on Feb 5 from the Montreal office and the P2 e-mail on Feb 26. I'm really hoping to get that e-CoPR this week or next week at the latest. Fingers crossed!

Is there anyone here who has got their PR Card recently? I got my ECOPR in Jan and haven't received PR card yet.
I tried to add my application to gc key and i get error that application not found and on the portal, my picture is still in review.

Any guidance on how and whom to approach?

same! Got my ecopr January 26. Still no update on PR card. Still in review in portal. Called ircc earlier because it has exceeded the usual processing time. They just told me to wait. Did you get your pr card already?

I got P1 email and my 2 dependants got it too in their email. Is it ok if I reply with the information for the whole family and they to do not have to reply to their email ?

And for the name as it appears in passport, do you put first given names or first last name ?

same! Got my ecopr January 26. Still no update on PR card. Still in review in portal. Called ircc earlier because it has exceeded the usual processing time. They just told me to wait. Did you get your pr card already?

No Its going to be 2 months on 18th. Still nothing on the PR card. I have raised the web form still no reply on that.
While checking the processing time. It has increased to 45 days now.
