PR confirmation portal timelines

I did search a couple of weeks ago and until yesterday found out about this topic
applied PR on April 18 through portal
July 11 - AOR
Dec 28 - Portal 1
Jan 29 - emailed them, thanks to this topic, in the morning, received request photo id in the afternoon. I guess because I already applied for PR through portal as initiated, so don't need portal 2. However, my wife is still not received it yet :| don't even know what is happening now.
got delay 1st time because my payment didn't go through
got delay 2nd time because even though I already uploaded my police certificate, they still said I'm not, and re-upload it again :|

at Staples they give you digital copy of your photo. Just make sure you let them know that the photo is fo PR.

can we try sending emails/Raise webforms/ Calling IRCC to ask some queries and make the application as recently updated.
Does any of these options worked with Montreal visa office?

Did you send follow up emails to all offices? Or just the original to Montreal?
I wrote “ecoPR Request - UCI and Application number” in the Subject.
In the body, first I copied the content of the email confirmation that I already submitted the info in P2. And added:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I already submitted all the information required in the portal on December 28th. I am reaching out for assistance on the issuance of my eCoPR document. Can you please assist if no further requirements are needed on my end? I submitted my PR application February 2022 and have been waiting since. I am really hoping for your kind consideration.
For your reference, here are my application details:

Application Number:

And then send to all VO at around 3pm last January 26th and at 5pm I got my ecopr
