PR confirmation portal timelines

I received COPR on Dec.21.2023, but still waiting for PR card. Is it a normal timeline or is it way too long?

can we try sending emails/Raise webforms/ Calling IRCC to ask some queries and make the application as recently updated.
Does any of these options worked with Montreal visa office?
Appreciate any inputs from folks who received ECOPR recently from Montreal.

Did you send follow up emails to all offices? Or just the original to Montreal?

Could you post your email format that you sent to Vo’s for ECopr please ?

I wrote “ecoPR Request - UCI and Application number” in the Subject.

In the body, first I copied the content of the email confirmation that I already submitted the info in P2. And added:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I already submitted all the information required in the portal on December 28th. I am reaching out for assistance on the issuance of my eCoPR document. Can you please assist if no further requirements are needed on my end? I submitted my PR application February 2022 and have been waiting since. I am really hoping for your kind consideration.

For your reference, here are my application details:

Which time zone @ 3pm did you send the email to all VOs?

I submitted my P2 today. Thinking I will follow up in 1-2 weeks if I don't hear anything for my eCOPR.

Anyone received Ecopr today from Calgary? I've been waiting since 8th Jan 2024.
P1 - 4th December - Montreal
P2 - 8th January - Calgary
Ecopr - Waiting (I sent an email to Calgary VO yesterday but no Ecopr yet)
