Hey everyone, I've noticed some movement from IRCC transferring applications to Edmonton, due to the high backlog. For the ones who received e-COPR today/yesterday, do you mind confirming the VO that signed the document, please? Ty!

this is same as mine.. got portal 1 email august 2.. received RFV for spouse outland August 3, passport cannot be stamped without virtual landing of main applicant.. Just got my portal 2 September 3, did the virtual landing and photo upload same day.. and portal says "in review with ircc" I dont know if my spouse outland can send passport now for visa stamping or do we need to wait again for the next update/instruction from ircc........ its so confusing.....

Hope you have been virtually landed now? I am not sure virtual landing stops outland dependants from receiving visa stamping and copr. I got portal 1 October 12. Spouse (outland) received RVF same day, took passport to visa office, got stamp and copy 4 days after. I am still waiting for portal 2. Vo is Montreal

My 58 days since Sep 22nd (portal 2). I lost my job last week and really stress right now because my friend said it so risky that I havent get my eCoPR yet.

I have a friend who got his eCOPR 3 months after P2 and this was early this year. So it's all just a waiting game.

I've been waiting 84 days for eCOPR now. It's crazy they didn't expedite your eCOPR after that P2 delay.

Sent a webform last night about Montreal VO changing my representative's address to an incorrect one and also mentioned the eCOPR delay. No response yet.

I saw someone post on FB that if applicants don't get COPR by the end of November then they will have to wait till next year. Can anyone confirm that? It has me a bit worried because my dependent is still waiting for COPR even though her passport and photos have been submitted since the second week of September.
