Still waiting for P1

Not true my COPR is expiring on April 2024. I am still waiting for portal 1 email. It’s not only me there are few more people with same expiry of COPR.
basically the copr expir date theory is applied to whom alreday received portal 1 &2. There is a bad backlog, each step is impacted
I sent an email to IRCC after a month of portal 2 and uploading the photos for an update. After around 3 weeks, I got this response,

It may take up to 90 days from the date you entered to receive your permanent resident card. Officially, the IRCC claims to process the Canada PR application within six months, once the Core Ball applicant has applied, clearing the express entry online process and receiving the Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR. Therefore, the same Canada immigration process will be applicable in this year as well. In 2022, the Government reached its target range of 360,000 to 445,000 new permanent residents The 2023-2025 Immigration Levels Plan aims towards further growth, setting ambitious targets of 410,000 to 505,000 new permanent residents in 2023, 430,000 to 542,000 in 2024 and 442,500 to 550,000 in 2025.
Same with me bro, I ahve received my eCoPR on October 5 th and waiting for the car eagerly. Did you get to link the pr card application to gc key? I wasn't able to. My photo still shows, "in-review" on the PR Portal tracker.

I see that almost all of comments here are regarding Montreal and Etobicoke PVOs. Does anyone know what's the timeline like for Kitchener?

There is some technical error or they are undergoing maintenance. At least that is what my error page is reflecting.
