For me as well. Portal 2 was updated on 28-Sep, since then there has been no update. But I can see eCOPR# on my tracker.

Congratulations! So happy for you, they can finally fly to Canada! I’m in the same situation, my wife already has her visa and COPR and I’m waiting for mine now in order for her to fly out!

I have a question. Can I travel by Ecopr or my unexpired work permit?
Can I enter Canada by my work permit?

When you got Ecopr all other documents will invalid. You need pr card or prtd to travel. Wait for PR CARD.

Replied twice to the same email with no revert.
Web form filled but no revert.
