PR confirmation portal timelines

Did you receive the email from ircc that you have successfully submitted the required information to confirm pr status, after you submiitd your photo and address in portal 2?
if you recieve why they are sending the portal 1 again?

I did, and I also attached that to the email when I replied.

I wish I knew why they do the things they do, but nobody cares. I don’t know if it is going to delay the eCOPR any further or not.

Nobody know what replying a second time does.
I've seen people in this thread receiving credentials in just a couple of days.
I'm waiting for them for almost 8 weeks already

My eCoPR came from Etobicoke, but Portal 1 and Portal 2 came from Montreal. However, I live in Toronto, so may be this is why they sent it to Etobicoke.
