so there wouldn’t be any changes after p1?

I would say the status trackers both on GCkey and portal were lagging. E.g. the Final decision status on GCkey status wasn't even updated by the time I received P1 and P2, then it showed the application was approved by August 28 by the time I received CoPR on September 23.

Hey I have one question, I asked a member of parliament to check my application status and IRCC agent told them that ever Is passed except medical is not stated yet but I have passed my medical on 23rd June 2023. What should I do now? How can I contact IRCC ???

ECOPR is mandatory to get from IRCC if we already have COPR in tracker?

I mean, is this case possible that IRCC without sending ECOPR, sends directly PR card?

I don't think this is possible. We need to get eCOPR first. It is the document to show that permanent residency is officially granted.
