Mine no change, my friend’s changes.

mine changed after my BG got completed and one day before I got my Portal 1. I don't think that it matters.

this delay is ridiculous …
anything we can do?

Tried everything I can find from different forums.
1. Replied multiple times to the portal 1 email
2. Sent webforms
3. Called IRCC multiple times. Was told nothing they can do.
4. Requested for GCMS notes but still waiting for over a month now too.
5. I think I will engage MP now. Don't know if it will help tho.

I got my portal 2 yesterday

Me too!!! I have read 3 other posts saying the same that they have got it at almost the same time (last evening at around 5 pm). LOL, i think the officer was in a happy mood or was just trying to lower the built pile-up. I hope we receive the CoPR soon as well!

Same here, got portal 2 yesterday, uploaded photo and address, waiting, No Ecopr yet. Which VO is yours?

i have heard that some eCoPRs can take a week or two. Getting them very early is possible but it's not very common.

will the current turmoil between India Canada delay this process further ?

I heard that people got the Ecopr one day after portal 2 submission. It’s been weeks and I have not heard anything

can we do something about this or just wait and watch ?

I don't think that the turmoil will have such an immediate result, even if that happens, it will affect us the last as we are on our last stage. The only people affected will be the VISA Applicants, in my opinion.

Hey Brother, I received P2 today around 5PM EST

P1 was Sep 14

I received the Portal 2 at around 5 pm as well yesterday! I hope we get the CoPR soon as well. I have submitted the declaration yesterday as well. I wasn't expecting an email in the evening. I am glad it came though.

Portal 2 : Received after (25 days) I.e. on 29 August, photo, address and declaration updated same day.

Ecopr : Still waiting (24 days gone) long time.
