i got update from officials. There was glitch in The portal system. That’s why issuing ecopr was delayed/paused. But system has resumed 2 days for Montreal VO. Everything will be normal soon.

This gives hope that we won't have to wait nearly 5 months for eCOPR like one person said they did on Reddit. I'm waiting since August 28 from Montreal.

Hi @Msingh029 , may I know where this news came from? Are all VO's affected by this glitch or only Montreal IRCC?

I see that Montreal office works 8 am - 4 pm. After that they just simply don't send any email (portal 1/2, ecopr etc) ?

Thats not entirely true. I received P2 email around 10:35 PM . In some cases people received it over the weekend

but ecopr need to be signed by officer. P1 and P2 could be sent by AI

Anyone know why my mailing address in portal still shows "in review with IRCC"? And how to know if the PR card has been mailed or not?

I don’t think is big deal. People receive their PR cards in mail whilst their mail and photo were still in a review.

Did they say if it impacted only Montreal VO or every office like Etobicoke etc?

I called IRCC today . And the agent told me about VO office Montreal where my file is. I asked her why there is too much delay!( as it should take 3-5business days)But I don’t know about other vo’s. Then she replied about glitch in pr portals.

That’s true. I got 1st email at 5:30pm (Winnipeg which is 1hour behind montreal )
