If you refresh the page, it will show up. Might have to do it a couple of times.

I just got portal 2. Submitted within 30 mins

You will receive an email when eCOPR is ready. It might take a few hours to a few weeks. I have been waiting since August 31. Hope we can receive it soon!

I actually replied with my first name, then replied to Portal1 with Full name.

I'm wondering which one will they take as base?

Hopefully Montreal pitches in and gives us and helps us as Etobicoke guys are waiting ages now. I found these email ID's on this forum? worth shooting them an email?
