I applied for RNIP to the federal government in Jan 2022. It was last year.
I got AOR 28, MAR. 2022
I passed medical 22, AUG. 2022

AFTER THEN, NOT ANY UPDATE. WHAT'S HAPPEN TO ME?

At this stage you are fine as long as you don't receive any follow up questions from them. They just take months to go through each process before Portal 1. For me, I passed my medical on 7 July and got to P1 on 8 Sep, and I was so confused and frustrated during the time. One advice: tune down your expectation! Good luck!

Got portal 2 email 3 days after submitting Info for portal 1 but Etobicoke seems to have slowed down quite a bit lately.

I completely agree with you. But then they do make the simplest of things as complicated as possible.
I really hope that everyone who is waiting for the ecopr will get it in the next couple of days.
