OMG Montreal VO replied after more then a month!! God Save Us

Well, it is summer, people get PTO more often and you know it is montreal! they just have this 2 month
I heard from my friends people not working much in this two months
so basically the office is almost really closed

My timeline:
Portal 1: July 24th (Replied on the same day)
Portal 2: August 15th (Replied on the same day)
eCOPR: Waiting.

Portal 2: August 15th (Replied on the same day) 26 DAYS
eCOPR: Waiting.
I already had a user name and password for the portal (probably the reason for the delay)
I sent a reminder every week

I got email asking information as height, eyes colour on july 26, i replied on same day however i already have PR portal account as i applied under RNIP through this portal, still waiting for response for PR Portal credentials...
when can i expect credentials or i will not get username and password as i already have account on pr portal....
Also I want to go my country after 3 weeks...
Please tell if anybody knows...

all depends on your VO. If your VO is Montreal, expect a 25-30 day wait for portal 2 email.

there is a theory within members of this portal that the applicants that already opened a user name in the PR PORTAL will have a delay in the response of portal 2

I had an account in the PR Portal as I applied through there, and it took 1 week from Portal 1 to Portal 2. While replying to Portal 1 email, I stated that I already had an account within the PR Portal.

Unfortunately, not yet, still waiting since Aug 11.. everything is still "In review with IRCC" in the PR Portal
