Same here. Waiting since July 24.

i’ve been doing some analysis on the timing people get their portal 2 from VO MONTREAL and only one thing makes sense.

every officer has a list of applicants and they basically go down the applicant list to sent a portal 2. For those of us who have been waiting for a while is because our names are on the lists of officers who have been on vacation. They do return on the 14th so a week to 10 days should be when we should expect our portal 2 emails.

this is the only thing making sense.

Some people got an automated reply from VO Montreal that read “i’m on vacation. Back on Aug 14”. Something of the sort, which then stopped a few days later. Probably explains why there are no automated responses at the moment.

Adding one more step today:

Portal 1 - Aug 4, replied Aug 5 (got automatic reply)
Portal 2 - Aug 11, replied on the same day

I got email and then logged in and checked, it was there to download

hi.. when did you got the pr confirmation email asking information for ircc to create an account for you?? is the portal 1 the email where they gave you your pr portal account and password??
