Thank you waitng since July 25,I dont even get email for my portal 2 as well.I just randomly check my portal and found out a confirmation tab is added

check if there’s a download button at the very bottom of your PR Confirmation Tab (after the photo). If there is, then your eCOPR has been generated and is available for download.

Does the 2nd Portal email has a deadline for submitting the requested information and details?

7 days once you received the email.

Question: now that we have received ECOPR, do we just wait for the PR card to be sent, or do we have to make an application for the card ?

You don’t need to apply PR card.

If it’s from VO Montreal then it’ll take 15-20days (more or less). I waited for 17 days.

August 1st: sent a follow-up email;
August 2nd: portal 2 email, confirmed presence, adress and uploaded photo.
